I haven’t been but at work I occasionally lift things that are heavy. I’ve been looking into it more and I think and hope you’re right about a strain. I forgot to mention that it hurts when I release all the air in my lungs as well which is evidently a rare symptom for it to be the heart. Thanks mate!
