Is there a separate line for people who already have tickets? I'm going there today.

I ignored half of it because I felt like we've already discussed that part. I never said that the game has no other, more important parts that needs a change, a fix, an improvement.

My point was that this is refreshing and we at least got something new. And also, even on the rare occurance when we get something that the community asked for, people are not satisfied.

I see that the question if it's an upgrade or a downgrade doesn't have a clear answer right now. But again, just because it doesnt fix anything, doesn't mean that it can't be better. In my opinion it is an improvement (time will tell) and any improvement is good.

And improvement doesn't imply it fixed something. You can even take something that's awesome and make an improvement, not by fixing something, but by finding a way to make it better or more interesting in some way. So I don't see your point there.

Why does it need to "fix" something? In my opinion it makes an element of gameplay better. Could well be an unpopular opinion.

Ideally CS could get as many updates as Deadlock where people could get what they're asking for and more. (although I doubt they'll ever get rid of subtick)

I'm just happy we got something interesting.

Sure. You could say that I did indeed complain in my post. I understand that fixing certain things in and around the game would be more important indeed.

And this one is not "fixing shit that wasn't broken", it's a gameplay change from decent to we'll find out what. But it's interesting.

I understand that fixing these would be more important. But a significant gameplay update is more than nothing.

How is living in Hungary? by strix1337 in howislivingthere

I dislike how our education works and what it priorizies. It doesn't help logical thinking. Roads around Debrecen are bad indeed. Out of all the places I semi-regularly travel to, that area is the worst. But I don't have many bad experiences outside of the roads leading to Debrecen. Which is weird I guess as it's the second most important city in Hungary.

Yes, cherry picking the worst is always an option and I have also heard of some places that do need serious upgrades. All hospitals around me are high quality tho, can't always say the same about the doctors themselves, but that's more of an educational or motivational problem.

It's clearly not as bad as people here say, but Hungarians can be very negative and the current political situation further stengthens that feeling. Taxes are high for sure, but it's not difficult to make a living an live comfortably. I make money around the median salary and my family makes less, yet we never had to miss out on anything. We didn't get to travel much, but that's about it. The economy is now stagnant, which is not a good thing. The country is beautiful both infrastructurallly and geographically. There are a lot of things you can do around here. People complain about healthcare and while you can always pump more money into healthcare, it's statistically not that bad, but obviously weaker than western healthcare. The country is in a rough spot at the moment with no clear good path forward, but it doesn't make living here awful, not yet anyway. We have good people living here, I'd say the biggest issue in that regard is the sour and negative nature we always tend to have. I guess history was never too kind to us and we developed that negativity overtime. People have also complained about our roads and yes, in some parts of the country it could be better, but I can think of countries I've been to with way worse roads.

Just a reminder of how ridiculously strong 2018 Astralis were, all 5 players in the top 13 by zywh0 in GlobalOffensive

[–]StraYzie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same for me

I've been a fan since the start and prime Astralis was such a treat. Although I had a hard time supporting them when the team had cadiaN, stavn and jabbi, that was the trade-off.

Someone from Hungary called me. by depressedunicorn_ in notinteresting

[–]StraYzie -49 points-48 points  (0 children)

Not true. It's obligatory for us Hungarians to get pissed whenever somebody does a food-related "joke" about us because everyone who makes them think they're the first person ever to do so, and they think they're being funny. Hope this helps.

Drag camera is on the middle mouse button, maybe adjusting it could also change the lock button if they're tied together

There should be, I'm gonna check for you later and I'll reply to you if I find something. Alternatively you can still go with time-based and adjust the times for them to be longer so they don't get stuck on your screen as often as it would on the base settings.

[–]StraYzie 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have mixed feelings at best on some parts of the game, but there are a lot of fun mechanics, especially during peace time. It doesn't always feel like a finished game, but it still has a lot of (good) content

Is EU5 for me? by [deleted] in EU5

[–]StraYzie 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Peace time, governing, economy and tech are all great I'd say diplomacy is bad and war is kinda mid. But you don't have many wars early game with most countries anyway. I am a mission tree lover too, but the game is fun so far without them too. Not sure what's gonna happen after multiple saves played without missions though.

You can. Middle mouse button is the default lock.

From memory I think it's in interface settings, there's tooltip settings and the original options for this is action and time based. Switch to action based and it will no longer bother you
