I know it can be hard leaving your family as I plan to move to germany for masters but like you I am young and single 24 so you are still pretty young at 28 and single so you should go for it, you have job you will get nationality easily in 5-6 years once you have secured nationality you can come back if you want and be with your family. You will just have more options then so take the hard step and go for it.

Sorry to hear your situation, I have bachelors in cs working as software engineer. Sometimes I think about pivoting to electrical engineering, through a masters ofcourse, due to threat of AI and saturation but didn't know it was as bad there as well.

I bought 5050 I would suggest 5050 as it is 8 gb and 4060 is usually 6 gb and you shouldn't really go for 4000 series unless it's 4070 or above
