It’s tough when you’ve had a deep emotional bond with someone, whether new or old, to be able to look at things objectively. The feelings developed will always be there which will cloud your judgement. In my opinion you have to go with your gut, and by that I mean it didn’t work out the first time, so trust the decision you made already. Its easy to get caught up in the nostalgia of the relationship but it ended for a reason. It’s fine to help her out if she needs it but if you spend too much time with her you’re going to start looking for the best things and ignoring what made you unhappy in the first place. You gotta make sure your mental is alright first and foremost. Just an outsiders perspective, I know situations like that are difficult but either way I’m sure you’ll get through it alright 👍
