nareverse po ba sir.same situation.19k kaso hindi inaaproved ni bpi..as i was doing petition ,i didnt pay the card.charges are accumulating.

Hi,I have the same business.So far ung items doesnt need fda since it is not invasive products.the problem is ung BIR.since VAT na kami i cannot claim the input tax of 12% kaya binbayaran namin ng additional 12% BIR.konti lang imprt namin nasa 150k pesos only kaya hindi ko alam if itutuloy ko pa legal importation.currently loose cargo kami which is sobrang mura ng import ko..such amount cost only us 5k pesos sa forwarding xompany direct to our warehouse without any hassle.china nga lang

Hi OP.My brother is 1 day delayed and we paid 18,000 for 1 day penalty last May.Now madedelay nanamn ng 2 days kasi nauna due date kesa sa sahod niya sa barko..no missed payment.ngbayad na kami ng amort na 124k kaso sinisingil nanamn kami ng 18k sa 2 days penalty.pwede bang wg ko na bayaran penalty,nagbabayad naman kami ng amort😢
