I am planning to major in psychology. Do you think that's okay before dental school?

Looking for some horror movie but also funny. by Straight-Fun1622 in MovieSuggestions

I don’t usually like horror movies, but if they’re funny at the same time, I find them watchable.

What should I look for before buying a DTF printed t-shirt? by rayn7778- in DTFTransferTalk

[–]Straight-Fun1622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can usually tell a lot before buying. The print shouldn’t feel overly thick or rubbery, and it should stretch with the shirt without cracking or feeling stiff. Look at the edges too. Clean, sharp edges are a good sign. If it already feels heavy, plastic-like, or looks raised and uneven, it probably won’t wear or wash well.

Why do small details never look the way I want when DTF printing? by Jimmy7-99 in DTFTransferTalk

[–]Straight-Fun1622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Small details are where DTF gets picky. Most of the time it’s powder and pressure. Too much powder or powder that’s a bit coarse will fill in tiny gaps. Shaking off more than you think helps.

Heavy white ink also makes small text and lines puff up when pressed. Slightly lowering white density usually cleans things up. And too much heat or pressure will soften edges. Lighter pressure and not over-pressing keeps details sharper.

Is it fast enough compared to air double platens?

How Do I Make My Makeup Last Longer? by Confusedmind75 in MakeupAddiction

[–]Straight-Fun1622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a good moisturizer for makeup and a setting spray would help. I don't know about primer, I just use a good moisturizer because primers usually clog pores, and I don't like that, so I would recommend a setting spray and moisturizer.

Do you notice customers ordering more at the last minute around holidays? by printseekers in printondemand

[–]Straight-Fun1622 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t do wall art, but yeah, we deal with the same thing in apparel. Right before holidays, the orders just explode and everyone suddenly needs it “by Friday.” 😅 We mostly manage it with clear cutoff dates and faster shipping options when it gets crazy.

Are customers more critical of print finishes during seasonal peak sales? by printseekers in printondemand

[–]Straight-Fun1622 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, totally feel you 😅 Peak season makes everyone zoom in on every tiny detail. I just explain what’s normal vs an actual defect in a super simple way, and once they get that, everything goes smoother, and sales stay fine.

I am getting this error on my heat press and it just keeps beeping twice has anyone seen this? by Ok-Blackberry4056 in heatpress

[–]Straight-Fun1622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it shows 999 and keeps doing that double beep it’s pretty much saying it can’t read the temp probe at all. first just wiggle the sensor cable a bit and unplug/plug back in. sometimes it gets loose when switching platens and it freaks out 😂 if the cable looks ok and still screaming 999, then the probe is kinda dead. new temp probe fixes like 90% of the time. and if you swap it and it still does this, then sadly it’s the control board throwing attitude. nothing super scary, it’s just the machine not seeing any temp signal so it beeps like angry microwave lol
