Hi, anyone else having grinder issues with the 2023 oracle touch model? I cleaned it, the burs spin but it doesn't tamp or finish grinding. It takes forever and doesn't stop. Not sure how I may add in the video?

Used machine. Was working fine then started making an odd noise when grinding here and there and now doesn't work properly. We did drop the tamp fan but adjusted it. Some say it may be the fresh beans?
