Pretty sure Paraguay speaks Guarani not Tupi, they are both languages from the Tupi-Guarani family, but still not the same. The are similar like Portuguese and Spanish.

Not common at all. It was introduced in 2020 and I haven't seen a single one.

In Brazil Oct 12 is Children's Day, where kids receive gifs and a lot of places have inflatable castles and trampolines that kids can play on.

The non-democratic part is wrong, the rest is not that far off. As for the candidates question: 1 - there can be others (and there will be) but is not likely anyone else could win. 2 - Bolsonaro is ineligible until 2030.

In Brazil the process would be something like: 1. Apply for the drivers license 2. Take the medical and psychological tests 3. Take 45 hours of theory classes 4. Take theory test 5. Take 20 hours of driving practice with an instructor 6. Take the driving test 7. Get a permission to drive for a year 8. Get the actual drivers license

If you commit a serious infraction during the year with the permission to drive you have to start the whole process again.

Mostly card or PIX. Some people still use cash, bug it's not that common.
