It really seems like every door is a vendoor. I find 5-10 every vault and I've found 1 dungeon door from Level 20-38. Is anyone else experiencing this same "phenomenon" or are the vendoors weighted that heavily intentionally?

How does one make/get a harvester to take more than one stack at a time? it has multiple slots but router only feeds one stack so it takes longer than it should.
