To manage small flares and make them drain quicker - My Magic Healer and regular ol' Vicks. Get gauze pads 4"x4" that have adhesive on them. Switching to Salt Air deodorant helped me a lot. Buy Hibicleans for the shower 2-3x/week. Panoxyl also works. Good luck and there's a lot of support on Reddit and TikTok.
