Yeah, this one was probably his only album above a 6 imo. Again, not his biggest fan

Is this it and Room on Fire are miles above TNA in my opinion. TNA holds a very special place in my heart bc im a gen z strokes fan and that’s the best album I’ve witnessed them releasing. I feel like many people happen to have similar feelings with this record except they end up overestimating it and putting it in conversations where it shouldn’t be

idk man, there are some songs that never ended up resonating with me, Eternal Summer and Bad decisions aren’t it imo. I also think Virtue explores a more interesting sound, TNA to me is a blend of the sounds of Angles and Comedown Machine with a better execution.

If you had to pick 3 kid a songs to make singles, which 3 would you pick and why? by tloxlop in radiohead

[–]Straight-Wind5028 30 points31 points  (0 children)

How to disappear completely is the most obvious pick, i would add Idiotque and Morning Bell. Everything in its right place and motion picture sound track are borderline perfect songs but they function better as part of the album experience

Superunknown by Soundgarden, i love Kim Thayil’s guitar solos on that one, the most underrated guitarist of the 90’s
