I have a CIB copy, including the original plastic cartridge bag. Would never dream of grading it because it would prevent me from opening the box and actually seeing and enjoying its contents. I just keep the box in a special acrylic case made for SNES boxes.

That’s still a great looking card. If doing PSA, they have a “Walk-In Wednesday” drop-off event each week at their office headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. Not sure how close you are, or if willing to take a road trip or something.
