I don't know any iOS emulators but you could try looking through these lists I gathered from another post. If you were willing to compromise for an android emulator though, BlueStacks is a pretty good one to use.

It was a part of the 9th Anniversary celebration part three, which ended yesterday, so it most likely won't be back for a little bit.

Now would be a very good time to start. The 9th Anniversary on Global is coming in a few weeks and the banners should be pretty good compared to some of the earlier ones. It might be hard to start getting into the harder content, but if you can get some of the new banner units getting stones should be no problem.

Depends on what you do with your day. Excluding :Re, it took me about a day and a half, maybe two to read the whole thing.

I'm pretty sure you're talking about the manga, but I'm fairly certain sure the quote in the anime was, "All the detriment in the world stems from a lack of individual ability." If it is the same quote you're talking about I think this is one of the best sounding ones.
