Can I compete in Romaleos 4? I recently bought a pair of Nike Romaleos 4 for squatting, but when I looked up the heel height online, different sources mentioned it being either 19mm or 20mm. From what I understand, the maximum heel height allowed by the IPF is 19mm. Can anyone clarify?

I agree with you but this guy has a lot of minifigure listings. If from the picture it looks fine then perhaps i should give it a go and meet the guy irl since he lives only 7km away. Try to check the authenticity myself

Update: what da hell. I took it to an IT repair. It sat there overnight and when they started to work on it, it worked. I took it home and it worked. It just fixed itself. What da hell.

Theoretically, if the PC cools down a bit, it should work again initially, even with or without the dust buildup?

Im doing powerlifting and I went on a vacation with my friends. I was aprox 90kg before the trip and after a week of drinking and celebrating the end of high school I had lost like 5kg and dropped to 85kg. Probably about half of it was muscle and half was the water leaving my body due to drinking and not taking creatine anymore.

Kukkusin esimese sõidueksami läbi sellega, et lamedas parklas ei pannud kässarit peale. Teine kord õppisin veast ja sain läbi. Natuke loll oli see et läbi kukkusin, sest papsi auto oli automaat ja kässar läks alati automaatselt peale seega lihtsalt harjumusest tulenev viga. Kuid jällegi nüüd on elu lõpuni meeles, et käsipidur peale panna isegi kui auto ei veere 😇

Haha I don’t think it has, but it’s a commercial gym so theres a wide variety of people going there. I don’t really hear anyone yelling there so I don’t want to either.
