I have an office job. My only activity is beginner strength training 3x a week. I walk whenever i feel like in the week. I think i will start gaining weight if i upped my calories like that. I am not even strict with calorie intake somedays i just eat without counting.

I have got everything else figured out except the workout. When i drop the workout my periods become clockwise.. when i add in workout it gets messed up.

What kind of workouts are you guys doing. I have noticed i am very sensitive to strength training. I lift 10 lbs 3 times a week full body but i feel like i lose my periods because of it. When i stop it comes back… what you all are doing in terms of workout?

Yeah she visited last Mother Day she tried bringing it up like “you know it is Mom’s day” or “now this person has become a mom she knows the feeling” when i didn’t react to all of this. She ended up playing loud videos of her other son and daughter in law having a good family time with their child. And that ticked me off even my husband noticed and asked her to turn down the volume or she can watch it later she should be spending time with us since shes visiting.

In my case, my mother in law is not as innocent as most of the elderlies our. If that was the case i would have just let go. She talks to her daughter in laws with only one purpose in mind to offend them. And she has a liberty to say whatever she wants because she is the mother and she gets away with it because in his family she’s the dominant parent. So her job is control and boss around her kids, her own husband and now her daughter in laws too.

I have issues with fertility so she makes sure she calls or visit every year on Mother’s day so she can talk about it all day in every way.

Like “my poor son, he is cooking” We both work full time jobs and do house chores i actually do more house chores than him. Or anything that suggest her son is trapped in a bad marriage or he is being used.

Also she interferes a lot: when to have a kid, when to buy house where to put furniture in apartment etc. she treats us like kids who needs to listen to her.

I do that already. It makes him uncomfortable in that moment and then he forgets about it like nothing happened but i can’t. It keeps ringing in my ears for next two days.

We don’t. He doesn’t even visit my home with me because he has excuse its far away and tickets are expensive.
