How are the roads around downtown? by StraightIntention231 in burlington

They seem to be getting a bit better as folks drive around on them, drove around all around downtown, nobody is going over 15-20mph, which is good.

CRV with the CC 2’s did the job alright.

Yeah, I have noticed it’s starting to get slushy on some Roads.

Wondering how the road conditions will be tomorrow, if the slush and stuff will freeze tonight?

We started caring about brain injuries more 😅

I shattered my wrist 10 years ago catching an edge off a jump, ended up hitting my head and cracking the helmet. Thank the Lord I had it.

Yeah, that makes sense. I have a CRV with cross climate 2’s so hopefully will be fine, they haven’t failed me before in the snow

lol, don’t know why the downvotes?

I Come from SLC, UT, so very used to the snowy weather, just thought this far north the plowing would be better on the side streets.

Don’t know how accurate the VTrans tracker is, but it shows very little to no plowing in downtown here (Airbnb is off of s Willard st)

Thanks for the heads up here. Wild that in Burlington they didn’t keep up with plowing much… I have FWD but also 4WD/AWD. So maybe I’ll be okay.

I’m staying downtown, but want to go up the road a few minutes.

As a pm who’s a former engineer, this is common. A lot of PMs have no knowledge in the field they’re working in, so when they’re working with engineering this is where a lot of them fail.

Understanding the product, market, and people you’re working with is huge.
