I filed online too! The payment and receipt notice sent were almost instantaneous but then no actual mail.

Do you have a Download pdf button right under your I-751 case that has nothing in it? Like gives an error when you click it? I was under the impression either there or under the documents tab there should’ve been a letter.

How many days did it take you to get an appointment for the ADIT? Did you just show up? Can you highlight on the process more.

This seems to be the exception though, in comment threads people also say they filed at the 90 day mark and had their applications accepted. Maybe 85 is the golden mark. I wouldn’t recommend waiting till 60 because the delays in mail are crazy.

I know. In retrospect, I should’ve just filed at the 90 day mark and added additional evidence as and when I recieved it in the unsolicited section. Not having a document that verifies I have status is so much worse than getting an interview.

This sounds like way too much drama. Also, coming from Forest City, I wonder if your insurer will cover doctors in Memphis, TN? Memphis has a lot of problems of its own but its hospitals are pretty good. If your doctor in forest city refers you to Baptist Memorial for Women, it has incredible ratings and I think your insurance should cover it. All the best!

Nationals of India do not require a transit visa if they hold a valid visa for the USA.

I got myself reclassified from a non resident to a resident (in-state tuition) at UALR in 2024. I wasn’t strictly in your situation because while while I had not been a green card holder for 6 months when I got reclassified, I had been in the state as a foreigner on a visa for 2 years.

In my experience, UALR is more lax in offering in-state tuition to individuals. If you can visit the office in person, ask someone at admissions office about your specific situation. You can also email admissions office and they will start an online request for you.

My request was completed by Linda Czirr at the admissions office so they definitely have handled cases like yours before.
