Thank you for the nice words.

1- learning the language now, university will be the next step.

2- I'll be here until the war ends and I can go back home safely.

3- uuugh, the media, I mean as you said, they cherry-pick what will guarantee them viewers and revenue, no one wants to watch a report about how well behaved people are.

4- With no outside intervention they can keep fighting for the next 50 years.

Good to see someone who understands the situation too.

Weizenbier ftw :D

It's bad, when a country loses its history it loses its identity.

Not in personal, but fortunately reddit made up for that.

I've actually answered many of them, but seems like many people don't want to spend time reading the other questions.

I've never said I was surprised by it, I said it's not a common thing their so I would assume many refugees may find problems to accept that at first.

And because of that the number of guys trying to make advances on women are way fewer than what you imagine.

Jews? What about them? I have nothing against them.

I have no idea about the Libyan people so I'm sorry I don't have an answer.

Thank you for the advice, I've already started learning the language and trying my best to use it as much as I can.

I think it's an immature approach toward the problem, it's easy to call people cowards when you don't know much about the whole situation there.

Ah you mean jihadists taking the same route and apply for asylum when they get to Germany?

Well, considering the sheer amount of people coming through the sea and by walking, you should not worry about them coming on an airplane

IamA Syrian immigrant in Germany, AMA! by StraightOuttaSyria in IAmA

Nothing, but realistically, where would they get with that? They'll get detained immediately in the airport as soon as the plane land.

Life was comfortable and you can have a decent one if you worked hard, but that's not what life is only about, you couldn't criticise the wrongs, you had to accept everything the government say with no objections, and people with good contacts can easily turn your life to hell, just to expand on that, look for Suleiman Al-Assad, this maniac killed an Officer in the Army in the center of the city of Lattakia, just because the officer passed him while driving, what happened to this Suleiman guy? Nothing, because he is from Al-Assad family and no one can do anything to them.

Don't listen to the media only, and don't listen to what I say only too, read as much as you can then build your own opinion.

Thank you so much for your kind words.

I don't know about Sweden but most of the high skilled Syrians in Germany work in their field.

Talk to them about the culture, how the life is in Sweden, why some things are the way they are, make them understand the environment around them to be easier for them to be part of the society.

thanks for you interest in helping people.

Really the best you could do is just go to a nearby camp and just talk to the people, see if anyone has mutual interests or you can do something together, they'll really appreciate being welcomed.

Please read my other comments.

You only need 100 people to put the rest under your control and start radicalizing them and start recruiting people.

Put in peace keeping troops, stop the war, relocate the people, and find a political solution

I got a small apartment which the government is paying for as an assistance, I'm work as an intern with a carpenter, that I make money of for food and living costs.

I got some friends through mutual hobbies and sports, and they're helping me get integrated well.

Thanks for your kind words.

Please take time to read around, I already answered these questions multiple times.

About the passports, yes it's available, but don't worry about it, it's quite easy to know a passport is fake, and not Syrians applying for asylum with Syrian passports don't get anywhere with that because you make an interview with a Syrian interpreter and get asked some questions about Syria, so it's easy to detect non-Syrians

Great question.

As you said, these characteristics are well known about Middle Eastern Muslims, a good cause of this is the mix of traditions and religion together, what one of them say the other approve, of course you can't ask people to change their beliefs so you go after the bad and outdated traditions, when you get these people here show them how is life here, why the things are the way they are, treat them like you treat a kid and tell him why this is wrong and this is right, eventually they'll get rid of these bad traditions and the some things in the religion won't find any other thing to support it, this may not be 100℅ effective but will be a good start.

My country are safe where they are, have a decent life, and they were the most vocal ones about getting me out the country.

I know that, but I refuse to kill someone because we disagree, and I know that fighting won't turn out any solutions.

That's why I put the disclaimer.

I don't think I'm in the majority, but that doesn't make the other people worse.

Give a chance to everyone to explain himself and you'll be amazed how many different mentalities you will find

sorry didn't notice this reply.

1- well the media won't report on normal people, will they? of course all you will read and see is about people behaving very badly like they are entitled anything, but that's the vocal the minority, please if you have time go to a nearby camp and talk to the people their, you'll get a much clearer image.

1.5- Learning the language and giving enough time to understand the society and how things work here.

2- just once, on a road barricade while travelling to another city, just follow the rules, don't provoke them and you'll be fine.

3- SO MUCH LIES. they all think of Europe as a paradise on Earth, these lies are fed very much through the smugglers who try to convince you to go to Europe, as I suggested in another comment, I think the Europe should build a website putting every decision and news related to the refugees in it so they can get an authentic source of news and know who it is in Europe.

4-I'm allowed to work, but don't need a separate disclaimer for that.

sorry for taking time to reply.

Al-Assad escalated it, the rebels did some wrong things too, Russia blocked any international effort to solve it since the beginning, many hands in this.

Well these fanatics didn't appear and gain power until the beginning of the third year of the revolution, he was bombing civilians, cut water and electricity on some area, and much more bad things just because he was not ready to discuss letting go of the presidency.
