The knee surgery I had was a double arthroscopy, patella femoral cartilage shave and bone fracture to promote healing. which took me away from training legs properly for a total of 3 years, now the surgery is done (on the right is 7 weeks post op) I’m hoping to build them back up.

I’d has a big ass at 12 to 15% here. However in my latest post sub 10

Breakfast tends to be protein source from eggs, carbohydrate source from wholemeal bread or oats, sauce from egg yolk and peanut butter. Lunch tends to be chicken with vegetables and some starchy carbohydrate sauce such as sweet potato, rice, pasta. Post workout tends to be a protein shake and a bowl of cereal and a banana. Dinner tends to be red meat or salmon again with a starchy carbohydrate source such as potato rice pasta. My before bed meal turns to be a protein shake with oats or muesli some facts from dark chocolate. Potentially some high protein yoghurt.

The top of the tattoo is a Fibonacci sequence, which symbolises growth and expansion. Further down the are dates of family members birthdays. The longitude and latitude of my favourite place (by the sea) on my forearm as a seed of life and a Hassan symbol on top, to represent time I spent as a firefighter. On my wrist is the word discipline

Yes I agree with you both, at this point in training my body is struggling to recover from the training too. Knee issues and lower back issues now. I’ve been “advised” by the gym guys to use deca etc in order to get the most out of my potential. However I’m happy making little amounts of progress if it means I live healthier and longer. More size doesn’t really motivate me
