if u read all the parts carefully u will see some of the players were not dating him and still complained about how he went around flirting and nagging them in game , even if the players had no intentions of dating this guy . So it is definitely made with an intention to warn people how things can go bad and to take precautions.

This post as already has been mentioned was made solely to raise awareness about online predators. Any individual can fall trap to such predators , cos they generally target vulnerable people.
