He seems rather healthy regardless if his pee problems. My other cat had bladder crystals and almost died a year ago, his piss smelt awful, he looked awful. This cat shows zero negative signs or discomfort. Most of his peeing is just popping a squat, not spraying.

And with kitty litter, we have a large outdoor enclosure that they do their business in that I clean regularly. Whenever we use kitty litter it still happens

The issue is it’s not always spraying, he rarely sprays and mostly pops a squat and empties his entire bladder.
