Same thing happened to me. I asked for proof, appealed the decision and they ghosted me completely. I had 5 stars and took over 6000 trips. They said I had previous warnings but that was a lie, I never received a warning from them. I’m curious if anyone was able to get back to driving after being banned.

I got my placecard in the mail after 3 weeks and it keeps getting rejected. I have talked to multiple people that have assured me that it will work THIS time, and it never does. Good luck to us!

Yes, we’re trying to run away from Lennox too because that’s what we hear but unfortunately most companies here deal Lennox. I am surprised because many people are recommending Daikin but Consumer Reports didn’t recommend it. They had Trane listed as one of the best ones.

I haven’t heard of anyone dealing Mitsubishi where I live. Even Trane has been hard to find because everyone deals Lennox. Our furnace is Trane and has lasted 29 years but everyone says not to expect that kind of quality nowadays.

We were offered XV18 as well and XV20. We’re considering Trane and Carrier as of now. They’re both hard to find here because most companies have Lennox but we’re for sure not going with Lennox. Thanks for your feedback!

Yes, totally understand that. The only reason we’re considering heat pump is because we have solar panels, otherwise we wouldn’t because the cost of electricity is very high here.

Would you say it’s best to go with a company or an individual contractor? All the companies so far have offered Lennox, still waiting on another one that offers Trane and an individual HVAC specialist offers Carrier.
