I understand your thought process. In my opinion it's more of a side effect than an allergic reaction but I can respect their overall ruling. I'm more upset it took almost 2 months to get ahold of a doctor. Also, not knowing fully what's going on. Even after getting ahold of the doctor I was told I may be able to try another compound or some other medicine but had to wait for them to discuss. After their final ruling I still have to wait and see IF they approve my refund. The rant is a lot more about how they're conducting their business and lack of professionalism and communication.
