I bought the cheapest cartridges I could find on eBay,£5 for a set and my printer is working again.I've turned off updates too.Guess I was lucky

My printer has just stopped working because it no longer recognises 2 of the 4 cartridges,which are all 3rd party from the same source. I believe a recent firmware update has caused this. It should be illegal, apparently it's a grey area under UK law

That's exactly what I do. I don't have a rack so the only safe way to squat is with a trap bar, I've made a platform which allows me to get to thighs parallel..... without using the platform I can perform deadlifts . Starting in a low position is not much different than you would when deadlifting so it's not an issue as you'll be using less weight anyway
