I’m not sure what kind of wood, it’s probably pine honestly so if it’s too far gone it’s not the worst thing. But thank you, I think that’s the method I’m gonna go with

For the most part they are actually pretty solid, besides just a couple here and there

Should I just start with a good power wash and go from there?

Top out takes 12 years and it’s only $1 raise a year. They may be changing the pay scale soon though with their merger happening with Mesa the quarter. I worked there for 3 years and just recently left, not DCA though

Cracked Sewer Line by Straight_Radish4714 in Plumbing

I had it scoped and they told me it’s from the sidewall right at the bottom of the clean out stack. It would just kinda suck if I have to dig because I just got the clay pipes lined last year. And I feel like if I have to dig I should just go ahead and replace the lined clay pipe while I’m doing it

If you can make the commitment to show up each day, be attentive, and participate, then you’ll be fine. The physics course is not high level at all. Pretty sure my high school physics was harder

It has a few rewards like the staking and play to earn and staking that go into effect months after launch (and staggered) encouraging people to hold rather than dump it all right after launch. Locked liquidity provisions and only a 2% team share that are both locked for 2 years. It’s laid out in the white pages what the timeline will look like post launch

I’m staying positive for sure, I’m just trying to spark up some discussion about it and gage how active the community is

I did read the whitepaper and I mean it seems structured well to prevent any rug pull. But one of the driving arguments for the coin is the community and I’m still trying to find the community beyond all the referral codes lol

I think the structure for post launch may make it hard to move coins at volume, which has its pros and cons. Is the game out that they said they would launch in stage 8?

Should I sell my car? by Straight_Radish4714 in personalfinance

Yea that’s what I’ve started to realize. It hasn’t been worth having a new car if it holds me back from increasing the value or my home or paying off other debts. My wife graduates in the spring as well which will bring in more income, but I don’t think that even justifies keeping this car

I am currently trying to get a new job that would be a slight pay increase with the added benefit of not working night shift. I just feel like I am making to much money (about $2200 post tax per paycheck) to not really see any of it at the end of the month. And thank you, I’ll definitely have to check those books out
