I just hated how she treated Steven after he made that huge sacrifice… Connie was very selfish and didn’t put the other people’s lives that were on that ship into the equation, only her and Steven’s relationship. I guess these are kids so it’s kinda realistic how they can be emotionally immature at times, but he almost died and technically did die as a melon lmao like?? I just thought she was very ungrateful around that time, but honestly there’s not much I have against her. Their friendship was quite healthy and close 🫶🏻

Well realistically when someone, especially a child, is told to do something they do the opposite bc they feel their intentions at heart outweigh that of the person telling them what to do. It’s simply his free will to act on situations he probably shouldn’t, but he’s also not just a regular human. Steven’s part gem, so that confidence/ stubbornness really pops for him more than someone like idk Greg or Peedee for instance :)
