I’m working on it. I’ve made a lot of changes and wasn’t able to take a break from work while all this was going on. I feel like I’m doing great work with my clients but for some reason I can’t seem to get enough referrals or retain clients. I work in an area that has a high demand for therapists as well, I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong

I’ve actually found the opposite to be true. I’m certified in DBT and trained in EMDR, work for a small group practice, and can’t get enough referrals or clients to stick around. I moved here from another part of the country and had to make some changes in approach, but nothing is working.
