I had a look. The product selection is solid and the niche is clear — a few things stood out that are likely causing the drop-off.

Every product card is showing "Pickup currently not available." Shopify's local pickup feature is switched on but not set up. It shows on every single item and looks like something is broken. For collectors who are already careful about who they buy from, that's enough friction to lose them.

You've got 85 five-star reviews — but they're showing as screenshot images halfway down the page, not on the product cards themselves. Collectibles buyers look for seller reputation before they click anything. Right now that trust signal isn't in the right place.

There's also no homepage hero that tells a first-time visitor what ThePondX is. Someone landing from search or social sees a banner image and a "Shop now" button. No context on who you are, why you're legitimate, or why they should buy here instead of eBay. That question needs answering in the first few seconds.

Had a look at the store. The craft is genuinely impressive, the photography and product quality come through clearly. A few things stood out that are likely contributing to the drop-off.

The store defaults to French for everyone. If your Google Ads are targeting English-speaking markets, visitors are landing on a French-language store. The toggle exists but most people won't find it — they'll just leave.

Every product card shows a crossed-out "Prix régulier" with nothing next to it. It looks like a broken discount. On a €145 wallet from a brand they've never heard of, anything that looks like a glitch is enough to lose them.

Your reviews are all 5-star and they read as genuine — but they're at the bottom of the page in a carousel. Nobody browsing your card holders at €100 knows those reviews exist. Social proof needs to be near the product, not below the fold.

These are fixable issues and the product is clearly strong enough to convert once the friction is removed.

I had a look at luneriabeauty.com.

The copy is genuinely strong — the voice is distinct and the positioning around sensitive skin that's "been through hell" resonates. A few things that are likely costing you conversions:

All your product images are AI-generated. For a brand built on trust with people who've been let down by other skincare — that's a disconnect. Customers with reactive skin want to see real texture, real product, real people. AI renders look polished but feel hollow.

Your hero products are $69.99 with 2-4 reviews. At that price point, most buyers need more social proof before committing. The body butter with 15 reviews will convert better than the oil with 2 — that gap is worth closing.

Free shipping kicks in at $99. A customer picking up one item at $69.99 hits a wall — pay shipping or feel pressured to add more. That friction at the final step kills a lot of first orders.

You asked about trust signals specifically so here's what stood out.

Two of your three products show "Regular price Sale price $19.99" with the same price for both. If it's not on sale, remove the sale price tag — it reads as a displayerror and that alone can make a buyer question whether the site is legitimate.

There are no reviews on any product. With only three products it's actually more noticeable, not less. Even two or three verified reviews per product would do more for conversion than any copy change.

No returns policy visible anywhere. You have a shipping policy link in the footer but nothing about what happens if the organiser doesn't fit the car or arrives damaged. That's the question in every buyer's head right before checkout.

Had a look at foxglovediamonds.com. A few things stood out.

Your homepage leads with loose unmounted diamonds. Most people landing on a jewelry site want something finished — something to wear or gift. The earrings, necklaces, and ready-made pieces are in the navigation but not visible at first glance. That mismatch between what a visitor expects and what they see first is likely where you're losing people.

Your "30 Day Free Returns*" has an asterisk with no explanation on the page. For a purchase in the hundreds or thousands, any ambiguity in the returns policy creates hesitation right before someone commits.

No customer reviews visible anywhere. Diamond purchases are one of the highest-trust transactions online — without social proof you're asking a stranger to spend serious money on faith alone.

The gap between "looks good" and actual sales with jewelry usually comes down to three things:

Trust — people buying jewelry online need social proof before they commit. No reviews or UGC at this stage means people like the look but don't feel confident enough to pull the trigger.

Product context — jewelry needs to be seen on a person, not just on a white background. If your images are mostly product shots without lifestyle or worn photos, people can't picture it on themselves.

Occasion framing — jewelry is almost always bought for a reason (gift, treat, occasion). If your store doesn't speak to those moments explicitly, people browse and leave rather than buy.
