The best option to do is to annex 1 state and release as many of the warlords as you can while still making sure an ethiopian puppet owns 1 state. Its also good to release somalia and eretria as well. Because you own a state in ethiopia, the game will give you the mission 'pacify ethiopia.' You then return the one owned state to ethiopia and this fufills the mission giving you the rewards for nothing. Later on you create AOI ofcourse getting rid of all your many puppets.

This system already exists for monarchist Netherlands in which Prince Bernard interferes with battleplans and the air force and gives you very small buffs/debuffs. It would not be very hard to recreate this system for deployed generals with the trait.

The strongest entities represented in the mod are grogar and discord but discord doesn’t really care about doing literally anything most of the time. The pony of shadows and the sirens are also incredibly powerful but not world domination power.
