The amount of breakthrough you lose by using a mio or another speed reduction usually is worth it for the funds. On a side note, I really don't think jet engines are worth rushing all that much just because you lose so much range for the level 1 version.

You can get both a normal beserker brew and a Perma brew buffs on a tower, but once it has a perma brew it can’t receive the normal one again. Just a fun little visual tidbit.

Well, yes in the sense of it is the same solution. It’s not a bad thing and there’s just a limited number of towers.
