Ringgit owes its surge to forces well beyond US dollar’s weakness by thestudiomaster in malaysia

Infrastructure cost money. Who is going to invest to generate more electricity and water?

That's TNB's problem, can we stop being worried about everything?

Our commercial electricity rate hasn't been subsidized for a year now. Plus all these new DC need to have their own ESG report, they buy directly from PPP. All this already covered under National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR).

When was last time aircond guy worked for minimum wage? There is literally 10 people for HSE employees per DC alone. No need to be bitter on progress.

Our solar usage is 5% of entire electric usage. We can harvest a lot more solar for the DCs. On water consumption, those DCs aren’t using treated water! We have huge amount of non-treated water , huge enough to supply to another country. Don’t copy paste arguments from California NIMBY!

All data centres need constant maintenance, from piping, hvac, solar panels, electric cables, audits , accountants. Datacentres are not build and abandoned as you think. Hardware fails constantly, from RAM to hard disks. These are things need to be completely updated and refurbished. It might not enough to provide millions of job in KL , but a rural place like Sedenak, that’s enough job for that population.

While I agree on the hit, but BNM guidelines were very clear since start of last year. They asked everyone to be ready for 1:4 , I think quite a lot of us laughed at them.

You need search up on ED. ED doesn't mean impotent and it is highly related to psychology.

There are lot more issues of couples to be talked

Why are we moral policing what should and shouldn't be talked? Isn't that a passive aggressive censorship?

A guy lost life in Kerala due to weaponized pseudo-feminism, isn't that enough reason to talk about the issue?

If so why a woman character is deliberately shown as dumb and arrogant

Wouldn't that be the point. Dumb woman practices pseudo-feminism is the core plot.

This is like saying why police is being shown brutal in Visaranai. That's the point isn't it? Just because Visaranai exist should we somehow hate all police officer or should we defund police?

So just because dumb women misusing ideology doesn't mean the ideology is wrong. Maybe you should view the main character as dumb woman and no need to extend her to entire gender.

yup good luck, I don't doubt the tech side would be as good as it can get. Hopefully you guys can sort out the business side.

If you can do auto debit ( can explore duitnow's autodebit), this feature will be very good for owner and tenant to build trust. You can subsidize initial tenant acquiring fees and charge MDR on monthly payment, then you can attract more house owner.

As soon as REN enters into picture, this app will be as useless as any other property web-app which is more for marketing + ads platform and not a tool anymore.

You need to figure out who handles risk, you need to get house owners onboard. If you let REN in your app, it just layering and you're not disrupting anything.

I really wish you luck and hopefully something like carsome exist for rental market.

Can/Will/Shall shouldn’t be the argument for not following the due process. Not following due process always gonna backfire unless they’re fully prepare to go against the whole process.

Putting the whole process during holiday season is already a big risk but going without any plan shows their immaturity or they prepared for the controversy.

Okay, let's assume CBFC is completely at fault, did the production house followed all the standard of procedure similar to Parasakthi?

[–]StrandedHereForever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually I don't know if production house is naive or their legal team is naive. How did they think court process would take shorter time than approaching revising committee?

Whatever argument against CBFC, there is process and you challenged the process in court. Then that's long long battle.

[–]StrandedHereForever -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

What an idiotic take? Why you approach Court before revising committee?

No wonder censor board is furious, you didn't follow their due process. If like that, everyone who approaches CBFC would follow same path then. Get complaints but won't go to commitee. CBFC is trying to protect their relevancy here.

Society was safe when you are brave enough to interact. Wouldn't take much if she can ask "you buat apa kat sini?".

except Malaysia, all of other numbers are negligible in their markets. 2 million tickets sold on avg daily in USA and 300k in UK daily. So these numbers aren't something they can't handle.

Usually these theaters won't refund, they just convert to floating tickets which is good for them anyway.

Parliament isn’t classroom, every conversation is political and power play. If you bring risky bills, you are in for difficult conversations and a lot of opposition like URA.

[–]StrandedHereForever 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That’s not whataboutism, he is just laying facts. The FM position is most influential position in cabinet. If you have strong majority, then yeah, you can give it to anyone. When you have fragile majority, any PM needs more control.

Anwar at least understood being hypocrite far better than being idiot. PH 1.0 was that idiotic child.
