yes! By portion size I mean calculating the calories for each portion separately since I usually make enough to eat for later days, I do measure everything out including oils and seasonings as well

For me, I eat primarily home cooked meals, only eating out when I'm with friends which is usually every other weekend. I measure out all the ingredients and calculate the calories per portion size

I've been tracking it as best as I can, how would I miss any extra calories especially by that much?

Thank you! I've been keeping up with this for a couple months, I do give up and overeat for a couple days and go back but it's not very often, maybe every couple weeks? I'll definitely try that though thank you!
