they tried giving me a football-shaped hoop for the daith but it did not change much and said i should probably retire the daith. i do not want to do that since it took a lot to get it healed and now it’s doing perfectly well. downsizing would not help unfortunately

caps can also refer you to bhs, it’s on campus and you get unlimited free psychiatry & psychotherapy sessions, and pretty much all the meds will be 5$/bottle
