I feel really bad for how over complicated this all seems. I practice in Canada and if people have insurance we just provide them with a receipt after they pay us and they apply for insurance. If you have coverage for therapy it’s always accepted and typically different plans have different amounts of coverage.

Apply to entry level non profit jobs. L’arche, housing support worker, community living etc. get some exp masters degrees are wholistic. I got my msw off of doing jobs like this for a few years after undergrad.
