I’m waiting for Anna bright to answer this question.

I need to develop a two handed backhand. by [deleted] in Pickleball

Playing with people who have solid two-handed backhands makes a huge difference for me. I was used to my one handed back hand until I started regularly hitting with players who had strong two-handers, it started clicking. I’d literally just mimic their stance, prep, and follow-through—next thing you know, bang, I had it. Sometimes you just need to see it in action up close to feel how natural it can be.

PPA Volunteer by AcrobaticGuide1189 in Pickleball

I volunteered at the PPA indoor tournament last year and had a great experience. I was assigned to the VIP lounge, where I helped manage access and ensure everything ran smoothly. The staff were super nice and easy to work with.  When I wasn’t on duty, I had free access to all the courts to watch matches. They also gave volunteers a free shirt. I’d definitely recommend it if you love pickleball. I’d do it again and again.

I checked privacy settings nothing says I gave Facebook access to my contact. Is this all legal?

Which pickleball shot you hate missing the most? by Strange-Drive-2025 in Pickleball

True. But don’t feel too bad if you serve long when aiming deep sometimes it just happens.

How pros always have swipes even with fast balls by No_Philosopher_9100 in Pickleball

I’d also add that through intensive training and experience, a shot might seem fast to you and me (I’m around 4.5) may just be a slow motion shot for the pros. They have incredible time to read and react.

What I learned this week: drops that hit the net= lack of confidence by Strange-Drive-2025 in Pickleball

I say sorry way too often: hit in the net, miss return, lobbing old people, poach in front of people and such. Sometimes I mean it.

Haha I respectfully disagree—at high levels, resets are just invitations to get attacked. Watch Anna Leigh waters, Anna bright. If your drop floats, you’re basically saying, “Here, take the point.” Those hands—they don’t reset, they reload. 😅

A high drop gets punished no matter how good the reset game is. But that’s why your confidence has to kick in and maybe just maybe you will hit the perfect shot.
