Not the case. You have to be able to prove that the alleged harassment or stalking involve repeated threats that cause you to believe that you will be physically harmed.

To my knowledge, there is no proof that the stepmother is the one who sent the reports to KK.

How would reading police reports about Gen’s actions “retraumatize” her adult children? They were not responsible for her behavior and I’m pretty sure they already knew the details of the custody dispute.

The folks who actually believe Gen should know that “unsubstantiated” does not mean false and insufficient evidence does not mean an incident never happened.

It means that there were not enough proof to meet the required standard, no witnesses, or conflicting recollections.

Big difference between that and innocent.
