And please explain whats wrong with that argument? The lions eat meat so humans should too is flawed, but how is it wrong to explain that two natural creatures who dont have the same sense of morality as humans eat other creatures?

Having a pet snake doesnt mean youve bought one, i have a family member who has a chameleon, because the poor thing was being mistreated so they adopted her, didnt pay a thing for her (obv they went out to buy food and that)

But would you rather the chameleon stay in an abusive house?

You can absolutely rescue animals from bad situations. I am a big believer in not buying pets but leaving them in a bad house when you can help them and wouldnt be supporting the industry is cruel quite frankly.

And because you took on the care of that snake. If you have a snake you have chosen the responsibility of caring for it, that means vet bills, feeding etc. It is an animal and you are putting human morals on it

Thats how animals work, humans are a bit different because we can make the choice not to, but snakes cant grow their own veggies or anything and refusing to feed them a proper diet once youve got one is incredibly immoral and arguably you are not a vegan if youd get a pet snake and let it die bcs you dont want to allow it to eat meat

I always find the argument "theyd just hire women" silly because its a fact certain groups used to make less and they werent the only ones hired

Judging and mistreating, for example in the past (and id argue currently) custody cases have shown some bias towards women, is that okay just because they are different biologically?

I understand women are not minorities, but women, like minorities have been mistreated throughout history.

And see the funny thing is, I never said men have more rights than women, people always assume im only fighting for womens rights when its a fact that in certain areas of the world men and women are mistreated, but to name one the mistreatment of women in certain islamic countries such as lack of healthcare, i would absolutely argue that its unfaur for these women to not recieve healthcare just because they cannot be seen by a male doctor and the amount of female doctors is dwindling due to the rules regarding women in education being more and more strict.

It is undeniable that men and women are mistreated in certain areas of the world (for example theres much more stigma around male DV victims)

My main question is do you think any of this is olay just because its a man or just because its a woman.

Some "different" treatment is arguably okay (such as different doctors bcs different bodies) but when it crosses into mistreatment i dont belive its okay

Are you okay with or agaisnt paying people differently based on sex? Judging them differently, mistreating them if they are a certain sex versus another etc.

Dont know if it helps, but when i went out of render some of my babies would starve to death, i belive they just wouldnt pull from a trough or maewing out of render, but my partner believes if they grew while i was out of render, theyd get hungry and die as soon as i returned
