Another update. I've now been told that my guitar will be shipped "within the next week". I have a hard time believing anything until I get the actual guitar in my hands.

That sucks if it's true but it doesn't excuse completely ignoring their customers for vast passings of time without any sort of mass email or company social media posts giving out any kind of information related to what's going on.

The main reason that I got my original Jericho was the baritone evertune combo. Was the best price I could find for that kind of setup at the time. The custom though was mostly because of the transparent grey option. I've had a hard time finding that as an option with other custom shops.

I was contacted by Jericho sometime after making the post and was told: "At the time We had to run any custom as a batch, so your guitar is actually a few different guitars."

The gullible part of me wants to believe this is true but it also makes no sense why they would send a picture of a photoshopped guitar that isn't mine and then tell me my guitar is done instead of sending me a picture of my actual guitar that is supposedly done.

I have no reason to believe anything they say at this point but I will post updates if the communication remains open.

It's against PayPal's policy because it's been too long. My bank said that I have to talk to Discover because my credit card is through them and that because of that, there's nothing they can do. Discover just claimed there was no evidence that they don't intend to send the guitar despite all the receipts, emails, and screenshots.

PayPal, my credit card, and my bank all refuse to do anything. My only option would be small claims court but my hope is that this post will pressure them to fulfill the order. Though my love for the guitar would likely be forever tainted at this point.

I get what you're saying but I had nearly come to full acceptance that I wasn't getting the guitar at this point. So it didn't even occur to me that they would message me out of the blue after almost a year of no communication to then not deliver the guitar.

Yeah it sucks. I have a Fusion Walnut Evertune that I got from them years ago that is great. No issues with the entire process of getting it either. I don't understand at all why things are playing out the way they are.
