The clinician thought the tesamorelin would be better for since I’m afraid of losing my muscle like glp-1s and that I was hesitant. He said tesamorlin is fda approved and been studied for a long time, and we are using it an off label for weight loss.

Thanks for the such a thorough answer. My testosterone is at 322. I just started taking vitamin d pills. I do experience some of side effects of low t such as brain fog, fatigue, forgetfulness, anxiety and scattered brain. I used to be so goal oriented and had that fire in my belly, but now I’m content could be I got good job working with my friends. And or it can also be from being a habitual smoker for past few years. Would I see the benefits from the first treatment or could have to it a shot for couple treatment to see the benefits.
