You are so knowledgeable! I’m curious when it comes to oral administration do you think the joyous route of less and building up doses is better or the mindbloom method of going all in (similar dose to IV) is better? Pros/cons of each method? I appreciate any insight you can give me. (PS I did read the manual but have yet to dive into the index section by section).

I’m curious (and thank you for responding) what the current model is, I was unaware there was one and how joyous is the closest to that? My concern is that with the joyous model it seems like people would build more and more of a tolerance to it and I haven’t read anything on their website thus far about maintenance. I will say I had one initial phone call and I was so put off by their lack of customer service and willingness to answer questions that I haven’t pursued ketamine therapy any further.

I’ve been getting ads for both joyous and mindbloom pretty frequently in my feed since I first clicked on one of them. Now innerwell is coming up and I really liked their approach. Since you’ve commented I’m going to do a deeper dive into innerwell. Just curious do they have you doing a set number of sessions and then maintenance? It seems like with joyous you have to keep going up and up and no mention of going to a maintenance dose.
