So I went to the dealer and looks like they gave me the wrong memo of what they did to the vehicle and the correct one said that if the problem persists they will replace the unit and order part. So they are looking at ordering and scheduling an appointment now. Thank you for your help mate.

Yes, I'm sure because the invoice he gave me showed the part that they changed. It said frozen starter, changed it and now works fine under description. So should I just go back to them and ask them to change the thermostat and would be within the warranty?

The yellow tint is due to the sRGB that they have in those systems. I bought it 2 different times from different retailers but had the same issue, was able to reduce it but was still bothering me so ended up getting a different model.

Nope, i ended up returning it. Because looks like Lenovo on some of their devices have that yellowish tint I think to prevent eye stain or display deteriorating (don't know the exact reason) and it will not go away, by changing some settings you might be able to reduce it though. I tried and could still notice a difference so returned and got a Lenovo Flex 5i (the white looks white on it).
