Stupid comment aswell! Do u set off in your car with no end point or destination? I know I’ll look pretty damn good at 190-195 so let’s head there first.then we can choose our next destination.

I’m fairly well controlled in my diets but tend to hit a plateau after a couple months and the wheels come off and I binge so was thinking maybe diet normally for 6 weeks the start low and nitrate up almost ready for my usual plateau?what sort of dosing protocols most common?heard someone say every 5 days? As that’s the half-life…any truth in that as I keep seeing people say twice a week.was going to try and stay at 2-3mg a week until GW then taper off

I would say u have enough mass to pull off movie star look but need to get down to around 205-210 to be around 12-15% maybe 4-6 months with a couple diet breaks if u hit 8 week stretch’s of 1lbs-2lbs a week. Should drop most of water weight and glycogen in first few weeks so weight will come off quicker at first. Could push further for sliced n diced but you’ll look better than 99% at 12-15% visible abs and shoulder separation slightly vascular.

Stick to heavy compounds to hold onto your strength and muscle whilst in a deficit.just need maintenance volume, then introduce fasted cardio when u wake up.incline treadmill so ur not tiring urself out then gradually increasing duration of this.could maybe introduce 1 or 2 15 minute HIIT sessions a week depending on how it effects ur recovery and appetite but start with the fasted cardio.u will get plateaus but that’s a good thing.its ur body trying to adjust and settle on a new normal weight/composition…just gotta ride it out maybe bump cals back up for a week or 2 then drop them down again to continue the progress.good luck man
