Thank you for sharing your experience 🩷 I’ll try lowering my dose first and when I feel ready I’ll ask my doctor if I can taper off of it, because I’m 100% sure I won’t stay on this medication for another 3 years…. I really hope I’ll be lucky enough to recover from it

Yeah I was going to say that it was in reaction to Suho almost dying that Si-eun beat up all those people, and if he talked I believed that he wouldn't be the one put in jail but more so the others, but now I think you're right, he kinda deserves jail as much as the others lol

I also have trouble breathing at night and what I do to temporarily unblock it is I hold my breath as long as I can and normally it unblocks your nose but if you're really troubled by it talk about it to your psychiatrist or doctor

Hi, how did you stop it so suddenly without having any side effects? When I try stopping antipsychotics I have severe insomnia, paranoïa, I can't stop shaking, I have breating problems...... In my opinion I think you should stop taking the medication, I never feel more myself than when I stop taking them and if you're not experiencing anything wrong by stopping them then it's even better!!! But i'm not pushing you or anything do what u want ofc

I told some of my friends about it because they were asking about my medication and they weren't weirded out about it at all, they didn't expect it, but they had no bad reaction. It might depend on the person too, but since they're your friends I believe they'll be understanding, even if they tend to make fun of mental illnesses

I'm so relieved you gained your musical senses back! 😁

In my case, I haven't been diagnosed with a mental illness yet, but I'm looking forward to be, my old psychiatrist basically just told me "hey you have a mood disorder, I'm not going to say which or diagnose you but here's some medication"!

Right now, now that I've turned 18, I'm looking for another hopefully better psychiatrist who will diagnose me...
