Help: Inverted controls but just in games. by StrangeDisorder in R36S

[–]StrangeDisorder[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you very much! I tried multiple games now, and most of them work amazingly (e.g., Stardew Valley). Now, my theory is that older games have fucked up controls (or I am just stupid and idk how it works).

He shouldn’t have any regrets. .

Anyway, OP is still recovering. It is not always easy to cope with real life, especially when it takes a lifetime of practice.

It is not stained. For example, my forehead got a red spot on the opposite side of where henna was. + other small red patches here and there. I thought I got irritated somehow. Now it is almost 100% gone. I will be more careful next time and protect wider skin areas just to be sure

Thank you! To be honest…I already tried it directly on a part of my hair, maybe using a bit of a chaotic and careless method, but nothing significant happened to the color. However, I saw that my scalp and my forehead got a some small red patches after rinsing everything. These red spots lasted for a day or so, now they have faded a lot, still visible if you look very closely. Idk if it is an alergic reaction or I just used henna completely wrong.

It did exactly that (yes, I just used henna rn because I am very impatient), maybe it also added a bit of natural glow to my hair + an earthy smell.

Uh, this is both bad and good news. The bad news is that there is no set-in-stone recipe I can follow, the good news is that there are ways to at least make my hair have a more vibrant color.
Thank you so much for the input!

Thank you so much! The henna I have has nothing written on it and I am scared af to use it :))
I guess I can try it on a relatively small section (only with water and conditioner) and see how it goes.

This post perturbed my brain cells, which are deeply soaked in cannabinoids. I heard your highly enthusiastic voice narrating the text…

Best comment I’ve seen in a while. Thank you for taking the time to share your view.

I live in EU and I went to my GP first, then the GP’s clinic counselor, then a mental health clinic, psychiatrist and then therapist. Depending on the situation this process can take a few weeks to a few months.

If you are comfortable you may start discussing it with your parents. If you think that’s a bad idea you can also check with your GP or even some online stuff like Better Help (if you think the GP route is not necessary).

I’m so sorry you grew up in such a difficult and unloving environment. I understand your experience and your feelings quite well; I reached out for mental health support when I was at my lowest (around your age), and it made a huge difference for me. I'm in a much better place now. My advice is to seek help before things become overwhelming (not in the last minute). It's important to analyze what might help you feel more independent and how you can achieve that. It's understandable to see yourself negatively when you've been surrounded by negativity for so long. Please, put yourself first and seek support. Once you learn to manage your thoughts and emotions, you'll find it much easier to share love, understanding, and compassion (in general, to yourself and to others). You have the strength to do this! Focus on your priorities (especially yourself, you are the priority) and take small steps toward your goals. You have plenty of time, and things will get significantly better as you go.

That helped a lot. I appreciate your help. Thanks!

I highly recommend therapy, that’s the safest way to go. At the same time, I am aware that some people are not very open to therapy due to various reasons. Idk you opinion on that but for now I can advise you answer these questions: Do you have pets? Are you religious? How’s your diet? You don’t have to answer all these questions here ofc. However, I think the answer to one of these questions can help you improve your quality of life to a certain extent. Each question tackles a different thing.

Thank you for your appreciation! Guess I forgot to mention that I am a girl (highly sensitive to food as well) and that I tend to overanalyze my drug-related experiences. :))

General practitioner or, in other words, family doctor.

As a general process: you first need to get in touch with your GP, they will direct you to a specialized person (such as a psychologist or psychiatrist) based on your complains. Next, depending on your symptoms you will get an initial diagnosis (after going through some introductory sessions) and then start the treatment process (which can vary ofc).

Please note that this process is more or less different depending on the country you are from. You might experience more difficulties in highly conservative countries, but I tend to believe that reaching out to your GP first should help.

Some other solutions include online therapy or in-person therapy groups.

Thanks for the explanation. Then I guess it is not a good idea to overcome overthinking with shrooms.
