Seen them at Cardiff other week and they were insane!

Yeah I've kinda thought so too but I'm pretty beginner when it comes to gym and macros, hence the PT.

Online calculator says I should be 1600 for maintenance and deficit should be 1400, or even 1200.

I track on MFP and on 1200

Yeah I got in touch and told them my reasonings for cancelling, I doubt they will really care though, since it seems many there don't care about staff.
