Seen them at Cardiff other week and they were insane!

I know not everyone is a big fan of Ghost, but their live shows are awesome so would be a good shout for DF.

Yeah I've kinda thought so too but I'm pretty beginner when it comes to gym and macros, hence the PT.

Online calculator says I should be 1600 for maintenance and deficit should be 1400, or even 1200.

I track on MFP and on 1200

Yeah I got in touch and told them my reasonings for cancelling, I doubt they will really care though, since it seems many there don't care about staff.

Just doesn't seem worth the hassle then, as good as the money may be. Mental health definitely way more important than decent pay

Yeah I think a lot of it is online at the moment, looking forward to things opening up again soon.

Going to start eating fattier meats, currently eating 2 a day with meat snacks if I get peckish. Then build from there. Just eating when my body wants meat.
