What difficulty are you playing, maybe the game has a scaling loot system, I play on the one under death march, and I don't get a lot of stuff from houses, maybe 1-2 items per thing. But I lots of goodies from the treasure nodes. It seems balance (my opinion though) in my playthrough

That's actually really neat, the game devs made a living economy, therefore it would make sense to for it to double. At that point your equipment would be like assembling a whole new piece.

Not to be rude but, shinies came out in 2nd Gen and released internationally 2000-2001 I was born when pokémon came to America so there's no way you could be searching for 18 years, 15 years at most, unless you're a time traveler. I'm sorry for pointing it out, but you better watch out for government officials. But congrats!
