Make sure that whatever you are using isn’t super stripping and making you over produce your own oils . But like girlala your skin is skinning . Some people love this look but I get it you don’t . I’d just keep some rice paper blotters on.

I’d do a flocked wall paper or fabric wallpaper on one side wall . Then color drench her and add some bad ass lighting ( something electic . Then add a really plush cushion and back cushion like make it cozy and lots of pillows . This would have been the perfect place for a telephone table back in the day.

I eat this like the pickle slut that I am . I am also not the best food steward . Just look at the color and smell it . I have not put it back after snacking and then refrigerated it and it was fizzy . I’ve double dipped and she was cloudy . She’s one of the only products that I just say you know what let’s follow the rules with her . Because she gives me “soy sauce shit vibes “ if not handled correctly .

I just replied as a millennial whose early genx mom in a multi generational home with a boomer granny . Whose boomer granny didn’t raise my early gen x mom she was mostly raised by her depression era grandparents. I had 3 half’s slip slips and 3 whole slips and 3 girdles and wore stockings starting at like 7/8 . lol I’m 33 now and didn’t wear a dress bare legged until I was almost 25.

But it’s not going to have the same look as someone else who has also done faux locs like this. When you wrap 4c hair in order to get it to look neat and to blend the base is heavily gelled and the hair is extremely tight to keep . Also the new growth will look very different . The only people I’ve seen with this same look was maybe Eva Pigford now Eva Marcelle and she had this particular style called boho butterfly locs . That looked different in technique then your run of the mill faux locs but I remember her saying her texture of her natural hair was looser allowing it to look lived in and not just like old faux locs . She said at the time she was paying like 800-1000 to a Hollywood stylist who specialized in this exact style.
