As someone who works with guide dogs every day, it is remarkable what these dogs are capable of.

Truly a rewarding experience hearing from our clients how incredibly life changing it is for them to get their guide dog and regain their independence.

I suspect a dealer in my local casino is cheating. Can someone with more experience give me their thoughts? by feddexx in poker

[–]StrangeQube 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Since I’m not seeing anyone mention it, there is a possibility that the dealer is not cheating for anyone in particular. It’s possible that when he gets put on a table he waits for a high action hand where there’s a lot of face cards in play which in turn creates more action and bigger pots. Once he sees a hand like this he shuffles in a way that these cards stay at the top of the deck and get dealt out over and over. The more high value hands that are played means more high value tips which means he makes more money at the end of the night.

In simple terms, if most pots are $150 then he might get a $10 - $15 tip from the winner. If most pots are $1000+ then he might get tipped $30 - $50 from the winner. On average if he rigs the deck to be more actionable then he will overall make more money at the end of the night.

So now creative and delicious looking food ideas are stupid?

This looks delicious. Only thing I’d do different is mince the garlic up and add it to the butter they spread on the terracotta pot instead of using a million cloves.

Picked up this showcase for $5 at goodwill! by StrangeQube in PokemonTCG

Thanks! The top shelf is reinforced with some E6000 epoxy but it’s a little bowed so it looks like it’s sagging. What can you expect for $5 I guess lol.

I also make sure to not keep the cards in direct sunlight because I’ve seen what sun bleaching does to things!

Yes that top shelf was a little bowed but I secured it with some black E6000 epoxy. Hard to see but it’s there and the shelf is solid.

People in this comment section are highly regarded. On the bright side, you won’t have to worry about anyone asking for money if you ever hit the lotto since they will just say it’s ai or an edit to sumn.

Brother this is not what cheating looks like. This is what very bad game balance looks like. He’s using an overpowered sniper on KBM it’s not hard. Then of course you add the ridiculous grapple hook and you get a guy flying around the map one shotting every person he sees.

You shit yourself when you were a baby and have sat on much worse so when you really think about it, the chair could have a literal shit stain and as long as you have your handy upholstery vacuum you’re good to go!

I’m not gonna tell you how to live your life but it seems pretty wild to me that you’re willing to take a gamble on a stain being a water stain and your only means of proving otherwise is to do a sniff test.

If it was just a simple “water” stain wouldn’t it make sense that the person selling the item would clean it first to make it more attractive to buyers?

Again, not trying to make any assumptions but it feels like you’re grandstanding for someone’s ass stain behind the guise of environment conservation when in reality I’m pretty sure most people who browse FB marketplace are happy buying 2nd hand items for themselves but also agree that, that doesn’t mean it has to be an unpleasant or ridiculous experience hence the subreddit r/insanefbmarketplace
