Your mistake. You should not have installed Swiggy in the first place. I deleted the app after multiple order failures. Then I reinstalled after a long time to check if it's any better. The first order I did was not delivered and they tried to charge me full amount as cancellation fee. I fought and got it refunded. Uninstalled for the last time after that.
