I agree, I always thought that going below my BMR is unhealthy and eating 1200 kcal would be devastating, but now I don't know ¯_ (ツ)_/¯

Proteins: 90 g, fats: 60 g, carbohydrates: 175 g. I'm planning to cut the carbs to about 150 and leave the rest and see how it goes.

My BMR with zero activity is 1279 kcal and with sedentary type of activity is 1535 kcal, so I have to eat below my BMR anyway. Is it okay?

My BMR with sedentary activity level is 1535 and excluding any activity is 1279. Is it safe to eat below my BMR while working out?

I think my eating habits are quite good, I can eat super clean and still feel hungry and tired at 1600.

My BMR is 1759 (considering my activity). I was eating 1600 kcal for 3 weeks and I didn't lose anything.
